In September 2003 Willie Tait found himself embarking on a new journey
when he was appointed as global Master Distiller Brand Ambassador
of single malt whisky producer The Dalmore.
This role has had Willie travelling the globe
delighting people with magical stories of island life
and of course allowing them to sample some
of the rarest and most delicate single malts The Dalmore has to offer.
Come for Willie’s only scheduled introduction dinner
to the new Dalmore line of single malt whisky.
Combined with a full 5 course dinner prepared by
executive chef Todd Barrie this evening will dazzle.
