We are proud to announce that Pourtal Wine Tasting Barin Santa Monica is turning one year old on Thursday, April 29! To celebrate the occasion, the bar will be hosting a One-Year Anniversary Wine & BBQ on 4/29 with $4.29 glasses of wine and $4.29 plates of barbecuefrom 6-10 p.m. No reservations necessary.
Pourtal Chef Sean Takaki will be setting up the grill on the outdoor patio to cook up his special Dry Rub Babyback Ribs, braised “slow and low” for several hours until they’re fall-off-the-bone tender, then slathered with his secret homemade barbecue sauce. The ribs will be served alongside grilled artichokes with lemon butter and pee wee potatoes with garlic and thyme.
Wine Director Rachel Bryan has selected a list of complementary wines to pair with the barbecue for just $4.29 by the glass. The wines include:
