Hi, My name is Raquel and I am one of the owners of Roman Holiday Wine Lounge. I would love to share more info with you regarding our opening and our wines and cheeses etc. (We aren't just having Italian Wines) We will have 64 bottles on Napa Technologies Wine System that allow 1,3 and 5 oz pours. We have two amazing sommeliers and mixologists that have traveled the world. They are bringing the most amazing pairings of wines, spirits, food and desserts to a luxurious lounge.
