Help us celebrate DiMaggio’s success with a book signing! 
Date:  Saturday, October 23rd     
Time:  2:00 p.m.  –  Until the wine and books run out …
Location:  The Cellar Wine Bar and Restaurant – of course!

DiMaggio will be on hand to sign his first published book, entitled World Wine Education.  Books will be available for $49.95, save an additional 10% with a Pre-Order (call:  661.799.7979 to place your order).

The book, World Wine Education, was inspired by his students as their input led to the specific needs for fast facts and consolidated wine information.

About the Book:
The focus of this textbook is to offer the student a very clean and clear digested view of wines from around the world. Our study habits typically are to extract notes in the form of flash cards and those become our study guide. This textbook, has extracted the key issues, grapes, regions, wine laws, maps and brief text to aid expeditiously those students studying for wine exams and alike.

About DiMaggio Washington:
For those of you who don’t know, Author, DiMaggio Washington, has been in the wine business for more than 14 years.  He owned and operated the first Wine Bar in Valencia in 1997.  DiMaggio has taught wine classes for over a decade at various colleges in California, including the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School.  Other wine ventures have included importing French and Italian wines.  DiMaggio also owns and makes wine from his local personal vineyard. In his “pre-wine” life DiMaggio enjoyed a long and successful career as an electrical aerospace engineer.

A few certifications held by DiMaggio would include: UCLA Certified Vintage Wine Program, UC Davis Small Vineyard and Wine Program, Court of Masters (International), WSET Wine Spirit and Education Trust (International)  In DiMaggio’s free time he is the proprietor of The Cellar Wine Bar and Restaurant, our in house Sommelier, friend to many and acquaintance to all.
