tortellini & a beet nage.
Lobster & Tomato Salad
Our flavorful butter poached lobster tossed
w/ herbs & frisee stuffed in a tomato &
surrounded with a tomato-lobster consommé.
Squab
Roasted med-rare. Served w/ a pink
lady-calvados sauce.
Hangers Steak
USDA Prime. Marinated & grilled
w/ aceleriac puree & a
merlot-garlic reduction.
Lamb Confit
Slow cooked & super tender. Served w/
fingerlings tossed w/ crème fraiche & a
ginger-syrah sauce.
Triple Chocolate Cake
