Recipe Sunday: Cabernet Flour from Lew?

Lew found me via my contact information that I list after every print article in SCV Elite Magazine. He sends me links to articles that he finds interesting.  This time the link he sent me was for a company, a “bakery” of sorts, that uses the skins of Cabernet grapes to make flour.

The website is called Marche Noir Foods.  If you order the flour, and make something, let me know!

And here is the page to choose recipes that you can make with their cabernet flour:

  1. Hey, let me know if you get any free samples of that Cabernet flour. I'll come over and we can experiment in the kitchen!
