Valencia Wine Company and Chef Samson Francois Announce The first in a series of Wine Pairing Dinners: French Dinner and Wine Pairing Inside Valencia Wine Company

Whether you have a kitchen or not (me!) this is where I will be eating a 4-course French dinner with 4 full 5 ounce pours of French wine on March 8 – with only 44 other wine peeps!  Hope you are one of them!
On Tuesday, March 8, starting witha 6:00 reception and followed by dinner at 7:00, a limit of45 guests are invited to attend the first French wine paring dinner insideValencia Wine Company.  Hosted byproprietor Guy Lelarge, and privately catered by former Oaks Grille Chef SamsonFrancois, attendees will enjoy 4 courses of fine French fare paired with 4 full5 ounce glasses of French wines. This is not a wine tasting or a chef’s sampler, but a full meal toemploy your full senses.
