Chef 101 Eve Makes: Vodka and Triple Sec Cocktails (Spirits I wanted to try together as I was out of Tequila!)

Ingredients:
Vodka
Triple Sec
St. Germain Elderflower Cordial

Lime Juice

Equal parts of the first three shaken with ice, which is then drained into a Martini glass and topped up with lime juice, topped with lemon twist.

Mummy

Ingredients:

2 oz Vodka

1 oz Triple Sec

1 tbl Lemon Juice

Fill with Club Soda

Ice

Mix vodka, triple sec, and lemon juice in an old fashioned glass half filled with ice. Top off with club soda. Stir.

Jamie’s Martini recipe

Ingredients:

3 oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz fresh orange juice
1/4 tsp sugar (left off)

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

Twin Peaks Martini

Ingredients:

1 part vodka

1 part whisky

½ part Triple Sec

Place all ingredients in a martini shaker filled with ice, shake, then pour into martini glass.
