Caruso Affiliated’s Newest Luxury Apartment Offering to Feature The Larder at Burton Way
LOS ANGELES, California; August 29, 2012 – Chef Suzanne Goin and business partner Caroline Styne, owners of the acclaimed Lucques, A.O.C., Tavern and the Larder at Maple Drive restaurants in Los Angeles, announce that they are once again expanding their successful Larder concept and partnering with Caruso Affiliated, Southern California’s leading lifestyle developer. The Larder at Burton Way, the third iteration of the Larder concept from the Goin-Styne partnership, is scheduled to open December 2012. The restaurant will be one of the many coveted amenities of 8500 Burton Way, the newest luxury residential offering from Caruso Affiliated, opening on October 20, 2012.
Since opening Lucques, their flagship restaurant, in 1998, Goin and Styne have built a devoted following and have added two other concepts – A.O.C., their groundbreaking wine bar with a small plates menu in Hollywood, and Tavern in Brentwood, where locals gather for Goin’s market focused breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes. The Larder at Maple Drive, the second Larder location, opened in 2011. A new fine dining restaurant is slated to open in Montecito, their first venture outside of Los Angeles, next spring.

We’ll be able to offer Suzanne’s seasonal dishes, takeaway meals and our bakery items to a wider audience than ever before.”
“8500 Burton Way is quickly becoming Los Angeles’ most iconic residential address, so it’s only natural that we’d turn to two of the city’s most dynamic and successful restaurateurs to create our dining experience,” said Rick Caruso, President and CEO of Caruso Affiliated. “Suzanne and Caroline bring a commitment to quality and service that perfectly complements our vision for the lifestyle at 8500 Burton Way. The Larder at Burton Way will become an integral part of a range of amenities and standard of luxury service that’s unsurpassed in Southern California.”
