On my last trip to Saint-Petersburg, Russia, my favorite bartender, Natalia Zavyalova and I had some fun experimenting with cocktail recipes. We came up with a perfect summertime quencher which I christened, the “Apple Cinnamon Delight.”
2 ounces of vodka. We went with Stolichnaya.
4 ounces of apple juice
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon syrup
Shake well and then pour over ice.
Garnish with a slice of apple and a cinnamon stick.
