Santa Clarita Valley’s First Winery Crush Pad Opens, Soon to Follow: First Beer and Winemaking Supply Store

December 13, 2012 by evebushman

SANTA CLARITA, CA – 13 December 2012 – Local Santa Clarita commercial winemakers Steve Lemley and Nate Hasper, owners of Pulchella Winery, are pleased to announce the relocation of their winery from Paso Robles to Valencia, as well as the opening of the first certified winemaking facility of its kind in the Santa Clarita Valley to service the Ventura, Santa Barbara, Central Coast, Southern California Los Angeles and Temecula area vineyard owners, winemakers, distributors, restaurant owners or anyone else looking to have their wines produced in a professional facility by professional winemakers with a proven track record.

The facility, known as SCV Custom Crush Services, provides a level of service to the custom crush business previously unavailable in the Southern California area: ultra premium small lot wines cared for with loving attention in every step of the process from the vineyard to the bottle.

The SCV Custom Crush Services is one of a kind and is ideal for hand crafted red wine lots from 1 to 10 tons.  It is a fully equipped facility offering full service grape crushing, bin fermentation, barrel storage, bottling services, onsite laboratory analysis and more. They are now accepting applications for the 2013 harvest. http://www.scvwinery.com/

Along with the opening of the winemaking facility, Hasper and Lemley are also announcing the opening of Santa Clarita’s first beer and winemaking store to service home brewers and winemakers from the Santa Clarita, Antelope and San Fernando Valleys.

The SCV Custom Crush Services is located in Valencia’s industrial center, open by appointment only.
