The toasted coconut with a little salt and stevia on the rim is so good that when it was gone I just poured some into the drink! Very light and yummy!
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
3/4 cup coconut juice
3/4 cup Reposado tequila
1/4 cup Cointreau
