Back in the day, the TGI Fridays-days, my hubby and his best friend enjoyed Long Island Iced Teas.  While they could drink these I was either doing white wine spritzers or Myers dark rum and coke.  We’ve all moved on, though my hubby has the same best friend…he actually revisited this drink again and dug it:

Long Island Iced Tea (From Snooth.com and TheSpir.it)

Ingredients
½ oz Gin

½ oz Tequila

½ oz Light Rum

½ oz Vodka

Juice of ½ Lemon

1 splash Coca-Cola
Preparation
Mix first 5 ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and top with a generous splash of cola. Give it a stir to blend and garnish with a slice of lemon.
