Pal Sonya Rowin shared this photo on Facebook, with three ingredients that would make up a healthier creamer than the store bought version. Sounded like a Chef 101 recipe to me! I threw all of it together in a large bowl, pulled out a big whisk and whipped it up in a minute. I sampled my creamer (I had chosen the hazelnut flavor to infuse it with) and thought it quite grand. Maybe not as thick, but definitely as flavorful.
I had save an old creamer container, washed it and used a black magic marker to write the date from the milk container on it – lest the condensed milk hides the flavor of milk gone bad. I think this would be pretty cool with Kahlua too…
