Hi Eve – Here is the jpeg for our “Beer and Chocolate” Pairing event on Wednesday, September 24th. We will be doing a flight of our handcrafted ales (including the seasonal favorite, Punkin’weizen) paired with hand crafted chocolate truffles from “Truffles and Toffee”. Both Rob (Brewmaster) and Vlad (Chocolatier) will be on hand to discuss the pairings. I got to be the official taste-tester on the preview and they are really fantastic!
