Classic Potato Salad
- 8 red potatoes
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- ¼ stalk celery, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. VOM FASS Salt and Pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard powder
- 3 T. VOM FASS Apple Balsamic Vinegar
- Steam potatoes, and cool to room temperature.
- Toss vegetables with mayonnaise, VOM FASS Salt, Pepper, mustard powder, and Apple Balsamic Vinegar.
- Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
Tip: For additional flavor, try this with VOM FASS Garlic Mayonnaise.
