The Terroirists: From Bubbles to Burgundy Seminars: A Sparkling Evolution, and The Diversity of Maison Joseph Drouhin’s Burgundy. We are honored to host Frédéric Drouhin, who will show us through his wines why the Climats of Burgundy were recently chosen as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The climats are precisely delimited vineyard parcels on the slopes of the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, differing from one another due to specific natural conditions. There is no better way to understand this than to taste each site.

Burgundy Seminar + Lunch: Cote d’ Or March Madness
This seminar and tasting will be a premier cru tournament pitting the best red wine villages of the Cote de Nuits against the best of the Cote de Beaune. The question is, could the Cote de Beaune successfully compete with the Cote de Nuits in a head-to-head red wine tasting competition?
