Local favorite Newhall Refinery in downtown Newhall is being transformed into a romantic getaway for one night only for singles, couples and groups – for the first time – this Valentine’s Day, Sunday, February 14. (And the next day is a holiday – President’s Day!)

You simply need to choose:

A 5pm or 8pm seating

Wine or Beer Flight

Which starter, entrée and sweet you would like prepared by Executive Chef Dustin Boole – see our menu below!

But you don’t need to choose:

Where to park you car – we have complimentary valet for the evening.

From our normal menu, as we will have a special menu that will be delivered via a new “burning” presentation for this evening only.

Is there a better way to show your loved one how much you appreciate them other than to take them out to a four-course candlelight dinner, with their choice of either a beer or wine flight, serenaded by live music, a table fitted with linens, candles and flowers – and valet parking?
