Over 40+ Cabernet producers from around the world is traveling to Southern California for an elite tasting event on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at The Grand Del Mar in San Diego and Thursday, November 10 at The Peninsula Beverly Hills in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles, California – Los Angeles’ largest Cabernet event is back for its’ 8th year celebrating top collectible Cabernet brands. This year, wineLA will be not only taking over Beverly Hills, but San Diego as well! The winery participants for 2016 are to be announced in the coming month.This tasting will be jammed packed with wine, food and a whole lot of fun. Dance to special celebrity DJ, visit tables of local businesses and enjoy over 200 Cabernet wines. Early bird general admission gold and silver tickets can be purchased for $100- $125 and includes unlimited wine tasting, and an elegant assortment of appetizers, cheeses, and desserts. Wine aficionados can choose to purchase a VIP ticket for $200, which includes early admission, 6 p.m. plated dinner, exclusive tasting with and VIP sponsored gift bags upon departure. Tickets will increase October 1.
Guests will also have a chance to bid on an array of extraordinary auction items: rare wines, dinners, collectables, and trips ranging in value from $100 to $10,000. One hundred percent of the silent auction proceeds benefit the TJ Martell Foundation, a Los Angeles based 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to supporting innovative groundbreaking research for leukemia, cancer, and AIDS. We have raised over $350,000, and want to continue raising money for this fantastic life changing cause!
Stars of Cabernet will commence at 7:00 p.m. for gold ticket holders, 7:30 p.m. for silver tickets and 6:00 p.m. for VIP attendees.
