Paso Robles, CA: The Downtown Paso Robles Wineries, a group of over 20 tasting rooms located in the beautiful and historic Downtown Paso Robles area, will be holding their annual Winter Wine Stroll on Saturday, January 19, 2019, from 2:00-5:00 pm.
The group’s trademark “strolls” are held about 4 times a year, each with a slightly different twist. The Winter Stroll, with 16 participating tasting rooms, is unique in that attendees will experience a special wine and food pairing at each tasting room they visit. Pairings have not yet been decided, but recent stroll offerings included Butternut Squash Ravioli with Roasted Chestnuts, artisanal cheeses and sausages, crab cakes and Steak Ciabatta Sliders.
Tasters will enjoy a diverse selection of award winning wines as they sip, savor and stroll from tasting room to tasting room – everything from Albariño to Zinfandel – something for every palate.

The Downtown Paso Robles Wineries tasting rooms are conveniently located within walking distance of each other, boutique shopping, olive oil tasting and many of Paso Robles’ best hotels and restaurants. Production ranges from micro wineries of 500 cases or less, to larger production wineries of over 20,000 cases. Each tasting room offers a unique tasting experience, often with the winemaker available to answer questions and provide winemaking insights.
The wineries offer representation of many of the 11 designated viticultural areas within the greater Paso Robles wine-growing region.
