NEW YORK (PRWEB) – Acker Wines has announced its formal partnership with the United Sommeliers Foundation, (USF), in an effort to support wine professionals affected by the crisis. Acker will be accepting auction consignments of wine and spirits to directly benefit the USF program, which provides financial assistance to sommeliers who have been furloughed as a result of widespread restaurant closures.
Acker will donate a portion of its proceeds from each lot sold on behalf of United Sommeliers Foundation to the cause.
