Sophisticated Bordeaux: Right Bank vs Left Bank
If there is a wine-making region closest to Napa in style and winemaking techniques, it could be Bordeaux with its predominant oak barrel ageing (with a higher percentage of new oak each year) and sometimes, ‘Parkerized’ winestyles (fruit-forward and higher in alcohol)..
