Ibartended in Dallas, in a large steakhouse/night club. This was oursteakhouse’s featured summer drink and ohhhh….my recipe! So yes, itsa real drink but it’s not in a recipe book that I know of…..however,I could be wrong. I made them on my friends boat today first time in FOREVER – THANKS FOR bringing back a memory….
2 ounces Myers Rum (add rum to taste because well when I make them in Vegas it’s so hot….needs more rum)
2ounces fresh pineapple
2 ounces of coco lopez
about 1/4 large banana firm or ripe
1/2 cup ice cream or half and half
ice – blend
garnish pineapple ring
