Inca Bistro Wine Dinner: Join me for their first!

A few weeks ago I had an outstandingly decadent lunch at Inca Bistro with owner Mel Nunez and his wine rep, Wendy Roberts.  We talked about the unique flavors and artfulness of their menu options, how Inca Bistro would be more noticeable from the street if they could hang twinkly lights over their patio and how we needed more wine destinations in north Valencia.  
So Wendy came up with wines from Peru, Spain, Argentina and Chile as well as Inca’s signature cocktail, the Inca Sour…to give you…
