An interactive event featuring, food, wine, & culinary fun!
STEP ONE: Tell your readers to submit an “Original” Garlic recipe to Recipe@TemeculaNightOut.com for their chance to “Square Off” against one other semi-finalist by June 30, 2011. Five Star Chef Michael Cragg, from The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, now of His own Temecula Catering Company and Temecula Cooking Classes will choose the two finalists from the email entries.
STEP TWO: On July 31, 2011 at 6 pm the two finalists will prepare “appetizer tastings” of their original Garlic recipe (Each in a Chef Michael provided kitchen) at Danza del Sol Winery (Temecula Wine Country, Temecula, CA). The 2 finalists will have and benefit from the prepping and preparing expertise of Chef Michael Cragg who will personally train them and their assistants prior to the Event
The appetizers and Danza wine will be served to a live audience. Ticket price to be in the audience is $25 pp.
STEP THREE: During the Event Chef Michael will prepare one of his own “Garlic Masterpieces” and an exquisite dessert which will be served to the audience. Danza’s Wine Maker Mike Tingley will be on hand to share his Wine Paring tips for these fabulous recipes. There will also be Special Personal Appearances by some of Southern California’s Most Famous Garlic Aficionado’s. Live music will serve to further entertain and provide the acoustical back drop to this unique and exciting Event.
This opportunity to be a part of this first time history making Wine Country Event at beautiful Danza del Sol Winery is very limited and is sure to be a sell-out.
All of the Garlic Recipe Entries will made into an On-line Cook Book available for all to share in this delicious Garlic Recipe Experience.

The first place winner will receive a “Never To Be Forgotten” 5 Star Gourmet Dinner for Two prepared and cooked Personally by Chef Michael Cragg accompanied by Danza del Sol’s Award Winning Wines. There will also be outstanding prizes for the runner up. |
