In 2009, this not-for-profit wine appreciation event raised over $5,000.00 for the American Cancer Society. This year, we are challenging ourselves to raise more and are happy to provide the following details:
What: POP A CORK FOR A CURE, the Fourth Annual wine tasting benefiting American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life® (Newly titled, same event)
When: Saturday, May 8, 2010, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: 24071 Regents Park Circle, Valencia Summit (Arroyo Park/McBean Parkway)
Donation: $25.00 per person, payable to American Cancer Society.
Wines – reds, whites and desserts – will be poured. There will be a gift basket/silent auction, drawings and refreshments. Luminaria bags will also be available for $10.00 donation.
Live Entertainment will be provided by local songstresses Carli Henderson of Cassini Division, and solo artist Melissa Kaye. (Tentative: Fiddle, Sticks & Ivory Plus)
