From Cathy Craig and Where’s My Damn Answer: "Drunken" Baby Back Ribs

I was experimenting in the kitchen and on a “rare occasion” Irealized I had a little red wine left from the night before so Idecided to see what would happen if I married my Baby Backs with theleft over Red Wine – These two are a match made in food heaven.   Icould not believe how the red wine flavor had infused into the rib meat- YUMMY….

This is a real simple dish.

Slab of Baby Backs
1/2  – 1 cup BBQ sauce of Choice
1 cup Red Wine of Choice
Water

 – Set Baby Backs in Deep Dish pan and fill with water just until the bottom of the ribs add the wine to the water.
 – Take BBQ sauce and coat top of ribs.
 –  Cover with foil tightly so they will steam – Bake at 275 for about 4 – 5 hrs 
 –  Remove cover add another coat of BBQ sauce and turn up heat to375 for 15 minutes just enough for BBQ sauce to really bake on top.
