WHAT:              Prolific bar talent, Christiaan Rollich, shakes up new cocktails this Fall at Lucques, a.o.c. and Tavern. Additions to the beverage menu of specialty drinks include the Fall Negroni, White Elephant, Pistachio Colada, Burton’s Way and Flying Dutchman. Rollich’s cocktails are seasonally inspired and created to pair with Chef Suzanne Goin’s Autumn  offerings.

the kingbird
bourbon, cassia bark, roasted chicory and sassafras bitters, maple

pistachio colada

st. george rum agricole and metusalem rum

with passion fruit, lime, pistachio and cayenne


harvest moon

cinnamon vanilla vodka, apple, maple, lemon


flying dutchman

damrak gin, grape, crème yvette, lemon, luxardo, brandied cherry

tequila with pomegranate reduction, guava, lime and an absinthe rinse
