Chef Eve 101: Williams Sonoma Maple Bourbon Braising Sauce

Just when I think Williams Sonoma cannot make any new sauces…

I find another! This one called for beef ribs on the bone and lots of hours of simmering.

My house smelled so tantalizing – all that Bourbon in the air – I had to make my hubby a brown spirit-based cocktail before dinner (Google the Black Manhattan). Anyway, these are pics of the results, the recipe on the back label and the front label:
