This accolade not only highlights the exceptional quality of the wine but also reinforces the winery’s commitment to crafting unique and captivating wines that resonate with enthusiasts around the globe.
Each year Wine Enthusiast releases their Top 100 Wine List which ranks the best wines in the world tasted throughout the year exhibiting pedigree, structure, and staying power. These include wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Barolo, Spain, New Zealand, as well as California and the Pacific Northwest. ONX Noble Intrigue 21 was recently awarded the No. 45 position on the list of 100. Noble Intrigue is made from several blocks of Syrah it controls at Bien Nacido Vineyard and frequently is competitively compared to the ONX Fiery Nights (Syrah).

Noble Intrigue has an earthy introduction of mushroom and peat moss infused with sweet sarsaparilla and savory steak and iron. Fruitful undertones of prickly strawberry support other sweet notes of vanilla and brown butter before a peppery edge of sweet peppercorn. The wine hits the entry softly with an even weight and silky textures that is continuous throughout. Wet tobacco leaf and smashed raspberry headline a flavorful core before a dense finish rife with anise.
