In 1953, as the young Princess Elizabeth ascended the throne, a whisky was born to honour her reign — the now-legendary Royal Salute, named for the ceremonial 21-gun tribute. Seventy-one years later, you are invited to make history by celebrating that legacy in the most lavish way imaginable: an exclusive, multi-course whisky-pairing dinner culminating in the unveiling and tasting of the almost mythical Royal Salute Time Chamber — a 53-year-old masterpiece, the third jewel in the “Art of Wonder” Collection, valued at over $120,000.
Curated by Mahesh Patel, founder of the Universal Whisky Experience, and Peter Prentice, two-time Chairman of the Keepers of the Quaich and one of the world’s foremost Royal Salute authorities, this immersive journey will transport you back to 1953 and the birth of an icon.
