In the depths of the Pacific, this princess lived in a palace made of corals, the life-givers of the ocean. Inspired by this story, we finished the finest Japanese and Pacific rums in Mizunara Casks before filtering through washed ashore bleached Japanese corals to create a perfectly refined rum with hints of Japanese tropical fruits on the nose and spiced-oak vanilla in the finish. We named our rum, Minoki – Ocean Princess drawing inspiration from this legend and embodied in our design: the mythical princess, dragon Fuji-Yama- a symbol of Japan.
