We got back from Paso yesterday. All I’ve had time for was to put up our itinerary. Whether or not we ventured from this list, you’ll have to wait until this Friday March 4, to find out. I plan to be fully recovered by then.
We chose our wineries based on some reader recommendations, but the basic list I culled from wineries we had written about in this blog. I’m well aware that there are many more wineries, restaurants, and hotels that deserve to be visited. We’ll get there…eventually. But, in the meantime, feel free to let me know what you think of this list:

Looking forward to your post about Paso. Hope you had a wonderful time!
Great tours with winemakers and winery owners, food, hotel, and… Snow on the vines! First story will be this Friday and video on Thursday Goddess!
Nice itinerary. Find Pasolivo very overpriced. Check out Stillwaters Vineyards (nice wine & primo picnic spot also). Paso Robles Olive Oil Festival is Sat. Aug. 20.
Hi Steve, You know, I'm guilty of not looking over their prices, they sent me home with one as a gift. We'd also stopped at Whalebone and they had a nice smaller selection. I'll check out Stillwaters next time. Have you been to the olive oil fest? Lots of wine for pairing I hope?
