I know that Cheers @ All Corked Up has barely been open a couple of weeks, but Chef Carolyn is already going to prepare a wine-pairing dinner. For the first one, she chose Italy – a five course dinner with wines to match, for $75 per person.
Carolyn is planning to have these themed dinners at Cheers on a regular basis, so I’m hoping the turnout from Eve Wine 101ers helps to encourage her to keep them going! Here’s the menu:
