Touch of Venus

For the lavender crystals:
2 tbls dried culinary lavender. (I used from my garden picked last season)
1/2 cup sugar
Add to food processor and combine.

Cocktail:
Juice of 1 lemon
1tsp rose syrup
2oz lemon juice
2oz simple syrup
Ice
Soda water (I chose mineral water)
2 oz vodka

Directions:
Pour some lemon juice on a plate to wet the rim of the glasses. (This makes two). Dip into lavender sugar.
1 tsp rose syrup per glass. Once once each lemon juice, simple syrup and vodka. Add ice and soda water.
