Laura, who works for her, is a world champion nail artist.. she hand
paints incredible nail designs..
She painted a wine series…different varietals.. the details are
amazing! I thought it might be fun for you to include… or maybe you might want to get some wine painted on your nails before your next big event!

Hmmm. I have the built-in excuse of being a writer, of sorts, and therefore keep my fingernails short and trim. But I do appreciate art. I could go for these impressive talons for a wine event, even better I’d like one of my peeps to go for it! It amazes me the amount of wine paraphernalia that she got on one single nail, the colors, the exactitude.
I always ask my nail gal if I can just get some leaves, grapes or ivy. She brings our her box and I shuffle through them and find nothing. Whatever I want is lost in translation.
And the pretty pedicures above? Definitely not by our artist Laura. I took that pic during the Burgers and Wine event at Valencia Wine Company last week. One belongs to a man. I ran the pic on Facebook and people seemed to have fun guessing which one…and a couple even knew who he was. Now, my only question left is, will he go for these on his dainty finger tips next? What do ya think?
