Once again, we were very excited to cover the 2024 Bar And Restaurant Expo in Las Vegas. We always discover new brands as well as new releases from brands we know. This year, like most years, we focused on more liquor related items over food. What fun did you have last night? We did this, from the Bar and Restaurant Expo, “…welcome kickoff party was lit at Ayu Dayclub, Resorts World Las Vegas! The drinks are pouring, the vibes are electric, and the F&B community is reunited! Life is good, and the party is just getting started! Expo Hall opens tomorrow (March 19 – now today!) 12-6 …” And we enjoyed tasting this: Everything from Uncle Nearest, White Claw Vodka- unflavored, Strawbar Spirit -an Eau de Vie distilled from organic Greek strawberries, aperitifs from Cocchi, Acqua di Cedro clear citrus liqueur, and the Italian herbal Liquore Strega!

As you know I liked to ask, what would you reach for from the last day at the Bar and Restaurant Expo? We went for Rodeo de las Aguas Tequila, Uncle Nearest bourbons and ryes, Middle West Spirits whiskey, Spiked Boozy Sorbets, Rokz Infusions, Japanese spirits, Lucano Amaro, El Dorado rum, Paesano Sicilian liqueurs, Casoni Giuseppe Amaro, Kanosuke “New Born” Japanese whisky, Plymouth gin, Pamos cannabis-infused spirits, and the PR%F Awards distiller of the year – Ole Smoky!

Delivering the ultimate tasting experience, attendees will learn how various industry-leading Italian beverage brands can aid in elevating their offerings one sip at a time.
Japanese Food & Beverage Showcase- Following the success of the inaugural Japanese Food & Beverage Showcase in 2023, this year’s program has been expanded to include 60 unique suppliers, highlighting an exciting mix of Japanese products, flavors, and globally renowned specialties. Located inside the expo hall, exhibitors will present the highest quality Japanese seafood, beer, spirits, sake, shochu, restaurant products and globally renowned specialties.
Eve Bushman has a Level Two Intermediate Certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET), a “certification in the first globally-recognized course” as an American Wine Specialist ® from the North American Sommelier Association (NASA), Level 1 Sake Award from WSET, was the subject of a 60-minute Wine Immersion video (over 16k views), authored “Wine Etiquette for Everyone” and has served as a judge for the Proof Awards, Cellarmasters, LA Wine Competition, Long Beach Grand Cru and the Global Wine Awards.
