BOULDER, COLO. — Decadent Saint, the nation’s only producer of wine-based craft concentrates today announced a coveted Double Gold medal win at the highly acclaimed Finger Lakes International Wine Competition (FLIWC).

The Double Gold was awarded to Decadent Saint’s White Sangria. A Double Gold at Finger Lakes equals a score of 99-100 points and means that every single judge who assessed the wine issued a Gold Medal score.
Also at the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition last week, Decadent Saint’s Fire or Ice Sangria won a Silver Medal, and Rocky Mountain Rescue won Bronze, meaning that all three entries into the renowned international competition won medals.
In the past 15 years, the FLIWC has grown to become the third largest wine competition in the United States and the sixth largest in the world (based on entries received). According to the FLIWC, last year more than 3,700 entries from 48 states and 20 countries were judged by 72 professional wine judges from 18 countries.
This news marks another milestone for the Boulder-based craft winery.

All three Decadent Saint products have now won Gold in international competitions.
The Decadent Saint Rocky Mountain Rescue and the Decadent Saint Fire or Ice Sangria both won Gold in 2015 at the Denver International Wine Competition. Notably, they both won Double Gold for Label Design last year (2015) at the San Francisco International Wine Competition.
The flagship product, Decadent Saint Rocky Mountain Rescue makes a supreme “Black” or “White Russian”, an alcoholic “Throwback Spiced Chocolate Soda”, as well as a hot mulled wine.
At 20.5% alc/vol, Decadent Saints are concentrates, made to be diluted with water, seltzer or champagne. One 750ML bottle makes 3-5 bottles, in terms of servings.
