Opolo Wine Pairing Dinner: Lobster, Duck, Steak, and Oh My, Chocolate Filled Beignets! Not to mention ’12 Albarino, ’11 Grand Rouge, ’11 Petite Sirah and ’12 Mountain Zinfandel! Meet me there!

The Salt Creekers are pretty excited about their upcoming Paso Robles wine dinner on February 27.  They tasted through an extensive line-up of wines from Opolo Vineyards last Monday and Chef Munoz then came up with a very inspired menu.  I’d have to say there is something for everyone here: Foodies and Wine peeps alike.  The dinner is to be held on the patio at Salt Creek Grille Valencia starting at 6:30 p.m.  Space is limited on the patio – and Eddie and I are taking up two seats for sure – so make a reservation as soon as you can: 661-222-9999.  The cost is $84 per person plus tax and gratuity.
