The Historic Vineyard Society’s 2nd Annual Vineyard Tour and Dinner is scheduled for Saturday, May 19, 2012.
The Vineyard Tour, featuring the historic, century-plus-year-old vineyards of Bedrock, Fredericks, Pagani, Old Hill, and one other to be named, will be led by HVS Board members Mike Officer (Carlisle Winery and Vineyards), David Gates (Ridge Vineyards), Morgan Twain-Peterson (Bedrock Wine Company) and Tegan Passalacqua (Turley Wine Cellars). Transportation for the vineyard tour will be provided by Pure Luxury Tours and a box lunch will be offered.
Following the Vineyard Tour, a dinner, catered by barbecue master Rob Larman of Cochon Volant, will be held at Bedrock Vineyard.
The dinner will feature special guests and exciting, delicious wines from some of California’s most iconic, historic vineyards.
Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability for the tour and dinner is strictly limited.
Proceeds will benefit the Historic Vineyard Society, a 5013C non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of California’s oldest vineyards.
